ADEC is a community-managed, statewide, non-profit organisation specialising in providing individual advocacy and direct services to people with a disability and their carers from ethnic communities. ADEC also provides consultancy advice to other service providers across the state on matters related to cultural awareness, how organisations can become more responsive to their potential client groups and appropriate service responses to this target group.
