ADEC is a community-managed, statewide, non-profit organisation specialising in providing individual advocacy and direct services to people with a disability and their carers from ethnic communities. ADEC also provides consultancy advice to other service providers across the state on matters related to cultural awareness, how organisations can become more responsive to their potential client groups and appropriate service responses to this target group.
ADEC has the following vacancies to fill:
- Respite Coordinator (0.6 eft, $50,000 - $55,641 per annum + super)
- Community Development Worker (0.8 eft, $45,000 - $48,394 per annum + super)
- HACC Access and Support Worker(0.6 eft, $45,000 - $48,394 per annum + super)
- Respite Support Workers (casual, $22.48 per hour)
Successful applicants must enjoy working in a diverse, multidiscipline environment, must understand disability issues from the persons perspective but taking multicultural perspective. Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience. Salary sacrifice available.
