Target Group

Those looking to strengthen their communication, conflict resolution, effective problem-solving process skills and work confidently with others.

Course Overview

Participants will learn "What is Problem Solving" You will gain the skills for conflict resolution, problem solving and decision making to address workplace tension and steps for an effective problem-solving process. You will be able identify issues, listen to both sides, possible solutions/option, documenting, monitoring and evualation.
