Target Group

Staff and volunteers who need to gain a better understanding of their culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) clients

Course Outline

The course introduces partipants to the role cultural influences can play in a person's life. Issues which could face migrants are explored. Participants will increase their ability to respond sesitively and effectively to the needs of their diverse CALD clients
